Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls promptly.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Work overtime as needed to support operations.
• Assist with room setups, furniture movement and inspections.
• Provide on-site escort support for contractors and vendors.
