Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) invites applications for a Maintenance Technician at Tubman House at Towson University in Towson, MD. This full-time position (40 hours weekly) includes overtime opportunities and requires hands-on maintenance of facilities and systems.

Salary: $26.00-$28.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
The Property Maintenance Technician position is full-time (40 hours per week) and at times has overtime hours. The main responsibilities of this position will be to work closely with other maintenance staff members to maintain daily maintenance operations and to assume responsibility for completing work orders and other projects.
