Job summary

The Horsham Clinic in Ambler, PA, seeks a dynamic Maintenance Technician to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general upkeep across campus facilities. You will ensure a safe, clean environment for patients and staff while handling building repairs, HVAC exposure, and winter maintenance.

On-call duties are required. This full-time role requires a high school diploma or trade school background, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school preferred.
• 2 years of experience in electric, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, building, equipment and utility maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and knowledge of maintenance tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work such as drywall, framing, fitting doors, repairing door locks, sanding and painting.
• Repair and maintain building surfaces and furnishings to create a safe and pleasant environment.
• Address exterior repairs (roof, windows, siding), minor electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Exposure to HVAC and electrical systems; operate fire safety equipment and perform generator and pump checks.
• Winter duties include shoveling snow, spreading salt, and lifting up to 50 lbs; on-call shift mandatory.
