Merakey is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities team in the McMurray, PA area. The role requires hands-on experience in electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry, with duties spanning work orders, repairs, and ongoing upkeep across Merakey properties.

Earn $22.00/hour, with a possible $2/hour enhanced pay option. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders to maintain Merakey properties.
• Repair electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• General maintenance and monthly upkeep.
• Repair and maintain walls, ceilings, and paint.
• Handle desk and furniture repairs.
• Perform lock repairs and maintenance.
