The role requires hands-on skills, problem-solving, and the ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical training.
• Proven maintenance or related field experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
