Qualifications

• 1–2 years of job-related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Inspect routine systems, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Conduct general commercial facilities maintenance including plumbing and light electrical work.
• Check facility assets (doors, electrical, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation and safety.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by keeping systems efficient.
