Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a maintenance-focused team member in the United States to support our facilities and services. The role involves regular and preventative maintenance, repairs, and ensuring safe, functioning buildings for individuals receiving services.

The position requires a valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least 3 years of driving experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must successfully complete pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License with endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have at least one year experience in overall maintenance work and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
