Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform regular and preventive maintenance on facilities in Waterloo, IA. The role requires a valid driver’s license with endorsements and at least one year of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in overall maintenance work.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides regular and preventative maintenance and repairs to facilities as assigned.
• Reports any equipment needs and repairs immediately to supervisor.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment in good working order.
• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
