Job summary

The Christ Hospital is seeking a maintenance technician to install, repair and maintain lighting, heating, cooling, casework, windows, doors, plumbing and kitchen equipment. You will troubleshoot beds and other systems, including sky-light TV and Trans-logic tube systems, and assist in training staff while maintaining tools and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience required.
• Trade courses or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain lighting, heating, cooling, casework, windows, doors, plumbing and kitchen equipment.
• Troubleshoot Beds and other systems such as sky-light TV and Trans-logic tube systems.
• Train other personnel and ensure safety; maintain tools and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and furniture moves; manage PM assignments.
• Answer service calls and log work orders in the POM’s work order System.
• Perform duties as assigned.
