City of Palm Coast is seeking an entry‑level maintenance worker to perform general maintenance and repair tasks across skilled trades. Duties include custodial work, light mechanical tasks, and basic building upkeep to keep city facilities safe, clean, and functional.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Florida driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work variable hours including weekends or evenings as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Perform custodial tasks and basic maintenance on structures and equipment.
• Operate light equipment such as mowers and small machinery.
• Repair and install components in buildings, facilities or grounds.
• Respond to emergencies and hazardous situations, and perform mitigation if needed.
