Responsibilities

• Constructs, alters, maintains, and repairs City buildings and facilities.
• Repairs and maintains cabinets, desks, and office furniture.
• Performs interior/exterior maintenance, drywall, painting, tile, and minor AC repairs.
• Assists with renovations, remodeling, and new construction.
• Operates and maintains tools and city vehicles.
