Qualifications

• Three years as an Apprentice Facilities Maintenance Technician or five years across carpentry, plumbing, construction, electrical, or other trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, masonry, painting, and general facility upkeep.
• Diagnose issues with building systems, equipment, HVAC controls, and security/access systems.
• Design, modify, or troubleshoot construction and maintenance projects as needed.
• Conduct inspections on facilities, equipment, and project work to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee maintenance projects, estimating time, materials, and costs.
