Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or comparable construction trade a plus, but not required.
• Willing and able to become forklift certified (drug testing prior to employment paid by AMS).
• Mechanical abilities.
• Comfortable with heights up to 60 feet.
• Safe use and understanding of hand and power tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Demonstrates initiative.
• Willing to work under different conditions with PPE.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Provide Form MVR from the DMV.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing mechanical, electrical, and general repairs to AMS facilities.
• Escort contractors and skilled laborers when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and adjust furnishing and equipment.
• Fill in with general warehouse work as needed.
• Reset storage racking as needed.
• Drive company vehicles as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
