Responsibilities

• Completes preventative maintenance and repairs per work orders.
• Uses tablet or smartphone to document work and submit service reports.
• Performs general maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related trades.
• Travels between HQ properties as required and ensures safety compliance.
