Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities environments.
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and facility structures.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.

• Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools.

OurMaintenance Technician will perform a variety of intermediate to advanced maintenance tasks to support the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role requires a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The technician works independently or with minimal supervision and may assist in mentoring junior staff.

Primary Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and facility structures.
