Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

You will handle work orders, make-readies for new residents, manage inventory, document tasks, and assist with grounds upkeep. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on-property vehicles or carts.
• Willingness to flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds and amenities.
• Complete work orders and make-ready tasks for vacant units.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies and document all service activity.
• Assist in property inspections and safety compliance.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA training and company procedures.
