Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Safety-sensitive role with pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive and recurring facility maintenance.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address concerns.
• Carry out minor building, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate specialized repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Coordinate with contractors and on-site service providers.
