Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. in Moses Lake, Washington, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility by performing routine and preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and general facility support.

Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, you will complete scheduled work orders, inspect for safety or infrastructure issues, assist with equipment installation, coordinate with contractors, and help keep hangars, offices, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in facilities maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive and recurring facility maintenance.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or infrastructure concerns.
• Perform minor building, equipment, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs within level of qualification.
• Troubleshoot basic facility and equipment issues and elevate repairs requiring specialized support.
• Complete facility work orders and maintain required maintenance records.
• Support maintenance and upkeep of hangars, shops, offices, exterior areas, and facility infrastructure.
• Assist with facility modifications, equipment installation, workspace changes, and improvement projects.
• Maintain facility tools, equipment, materials, and maintenance supplies.
• Coordinate with and provide on-site support to contractors and service providers as directed.
• Support facility safety, environmental, housekeeping, FOD, and 5S requirements.
• Respond to urgent facility needs while maintaining responsibility for assigned recurring work.
• Support snow removal, weather preparation, and other seasonal facility requirements.
