Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the Moses Lake facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of buildings and systems. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, minor repairs, inspections, and general facility support under the Facilities Manager, with documentation of work orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, maintaining tools and supplies, and upholding safety, environmental, and 5S requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in facilities/industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• DOT safety requirements and US Person eligibility are noted in the role.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive and recurring facility maintenance.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address safety, infrastructure concerns.
• Carry out minor building, electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs within qualifications.
• Troubleshoot basic facility issues and escalate when needed.
• Complete work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with hangar, shop, office upkeep and infrastructure projects.
