Job summary

You will help maintain shop and facility cleanliness, perform various duties, and complete preventative and corrective maintenance across facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to operate a tow motor.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility duties to ensure functionality, appearance, and safety as directed by supervisor.
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance from specifications and manuals.
• Safely work independently and with others following required procedures.
• Repair, maintain, lubricate, install and replace plant equipment as assigned.
• Keep floors, windows, machinery, and overall facility clean.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records for equipment procedures and manuals.
• Occasionally drive CRT vehicles to drop off or pick up supplies and materials.
