Job summary

The Cannabist Company (d.b.a gLeaf) in Frederick, MD is seeking a Facility Repairs and Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support day-to-day facility operations.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong safety focus, teamwork, and the ability to work overtime or on-call as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment as needed.

• Work with contractors and vendors; on-call for emergency service calls.
• Occasional night rounds and handling of light maintenance tasks.
