Job summary

DCM Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Maryland facility to support the GM of Facilities. The role involves advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervising newer technicians while maintaining safe, compliant operations.

You will perform building upkeep, coordinate repairs, and contribute to improving maintenance processes in a fast-paced cannabis production environment in MD/DC markets.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• HS diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Fire extinguisher training is a plus.
• Must be able to step over 28-inch rails.

Responsibilities

• General building upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain facility clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
• Troubleshoot equipment, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and perform repairs.
• Execute work orders with preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
• Coordinate with management on repairs and status updates.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety procedures.
• Inventory and spare parts management.
• Optimize preventive maintenance schedules and improve reliability.
• Lab, irrigation, and cultivation equipment tasks.
