Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree with 3 years related maintenance experience or HS diploma with 4 years related experience.
- Professional training and certifications in the maintenance field desired.
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, locksmith, masonry, painting, carpentry, and/or auto mechanics.
Responsibilities
- Perform general preventive maintenance, repair, and custodian tasks around facilities and grounds.
- Serve as back up to the Facilities Manager and lead projects or teammates when needed.
