Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment on the site. You will perform routine repairs, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities also include snow removal, safety adherence, housekeeping, and occasional overtime based on business needs. A HS diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience or 5 years in the field is expected, plus a valid driver’s

• Or 5 years related field experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, property, and equipment for the site.
• Perform minor repairs on HVAC systems and other facilities.
• Carry out routine carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
• Operate snow removal equipment and keep parking areas clear.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is compliant.
• Keep the site clean and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Move furniture, unload supplies, and support the supervisor as needed.
