Staff Management | SMX in Plymouth, MN seeks a skilled Facilities Technician IV to maintain our world-class facilities, laboratories, and equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, structural issues and manage maintenance requests.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a $5K signing bonus and competitive pay. You will help ensure safe, compliant operations and support laboratory testing efforts in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HVAC maintenance or related field required.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Certification required.
• 7+ years of facilities maintenance experience or equivalent.
• PIT certification is obtainable.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to maintenance requests involving electrical, plumbing, structural and equipment repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage work orders in Daikin's CMMS.
• Support laboratory testing activities per ISO 17025 standards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and repair test rooms and facility systems.
• Maintain and service chillers and related equipment.
• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS).
• Coordinate with contractors as needed and submit purchase requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and audits.
