Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Description

We are seeking dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated HVAC Certified Maintenance Technicians. The primary responsibilities include repairing and maintaining apartment AC units and other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliances. You will also collaborate with other maintenance team members as needed.

Job Duties

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC units
• Repairing electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
• Performing plumbing, carpentry, lock repair, or replacement
• Completing Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units
• Assisting in renovation projects and maintaining community curb appeal

Job Qualifications

• Own your tools; 1-2 years of HVAC/maintenance experience
• EPA Type I & II or Universal Certification
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and dependable
