Skyland Trail, a nonprofit mental health residential treatment program for adults and adolescents in Atlanta, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Engineer II in the Facilities Department.

This position is ideal for a mid-level professional with specialized expertise in facilities maintenance who enjoys applying their skills in a team-based, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Technician Engineer II reports to the Maintenance Manager and helps ensure safe, welcoming campuses. Responsibilities include maintenance of buildings, grounds, building systems, and environmental services, such as preventive maintenance, plumbing, minor repairs, and urgent responses outside of business hours.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years in a facilities maintenance role
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Dependable transportation for travel between campuses
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work at heights, and in small spaces

Additional Requirements
