Typical schedule Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; requires HS diploma or GED with 3 years experience in building maintenance or related trades; valid Michigan driver's license and ability to obtain MIOSHA/OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of maintenance/repair experience.
• Knowledge of building operating systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide semiskilled labor for preventive maintenance and repair of building features, fixtures, furnishings and systems.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and lubricate moving parts.
• Repair or replace damaged components of building systems and fixtures.
• Maintain building security systems and monitor gauges and controls.
• Carry out carpentry, painting and drywall tasks as needed.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine procedures for construction tasks.
• Monitor inventory and communicate reorder needs.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
