Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop and wax floors.
• Clean and maintain lavatories.
• Wash windows, walls and woodwork.
• Operate custodial equipment and tools.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain inventory and order custodial supplies.
• Must be available for periodic weekend on-call duty.
• Provide daily task assignments and report writing.
