Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timelines and schedules per preventive maintenance program.
• Check work orders and nightly reports for problems.
• Inspect and address safety concerns during rounds in hotel.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with Housekeeping and Front Office.
• Perform electrical repairs: replace switches, breakers, outlets, ballasts, solenoids, motors; use test equipment.
• Perform plumbing repairs: unclog sinks, repair valves, pipe work with various materials.
• Maintain laundry, kitchen, and guestroom equipment; change filters and locks as needed.
• Assist electricians, carpenters, plumbers and painters; support preventive maintenance.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and secure keys.
