Job summary

Murdoch Developmental Center is seeking a Maintenance/Construction Technician I to help operate and maintain the center’s physical plant and infrastructure. The role may require coverage for 2nd and 3rd shifts and supporting shop procurement as needed.

Ideal candidates will have two years of experience in a large maintenance organization, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC operations. A valid driver’s license is required to perform duties across the campus.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a large maintenance organization.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant and facility infrastructure.
