Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to support operation, diagnostics, and repairs across commercial properties. You will assist with troubleshooting, servicing of pumps, valves, and HVAC, and help install building equipment. The role requires basic IT skills and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, performing preventative maintenance, and adhering to safety standards. Prior experience in a similar setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, carpentry or engine repair.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and mechanical devices.
• Support installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as needed.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems and perform basic inspections.
• Complete safety training and follow dress code requirements.
