Job summary

Dolly Parton Children's Hospital seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings. You will report to the Engineering Manager and support the facilities team in daily operations.

Responsibilities include HVAC PM, electrical and plumbing tasks, conduit installation, and safe use of tools. You may cover on-call shifts and assist with special projects while upholding patient safety and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing and the ability to perform maintenance tasks.
• Must maintain schedule flexibility and assist in coverage of other shifts when needed.
• Will be required to cover on-call in the technician rotation and respond when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and buildings.
• Maintains CATV cabling system and assists with fire alarm testing and HVAC PM.
• Operates power and hand tools safely and adheres to safety regulations.
• Responds to facility emergencies and supports engineering projects as assigned.
