Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Work from computerized work order system and follow instructions to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC and electrical components, and inspect belts/filters.
• Support fire alarm and cabling systems as needed and assist with safety compliance.
• Carry out light carpentry tasks such as shelving, window repairs, locks and hardware.
• Repair and replace lighting, lamps, and conductors per codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use tools safely.
• Assist engineering team on various projects and during inclement weather demands.
• Accurately reflect time worked in the system.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies and keep professional demeanor.
