Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician I for first shift. The role covers repairs, preventative maintenance, and basic system troubleshooting across a range of facilities, with a comprehensive benefits package and weekly pay.

We require a high school diploma or GED plus 2+ years of related experience. CMMS familiarity and personal tools are a plus. Competitive hourly pay plus full benefits and company match on retirement plans are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; additional schooling preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience or combination of experience and schooling.
• Basic computer knowledge; CMMS familiarity a plus.
• Personal hand tools a plus.
• Ability to pass required background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility systems.
• Minor troubleshooting of electrical systems/circuits.
• HVAC preventative maintenance including filter changes.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairs, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.
• Assist with equipment installation/repair.
• Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Drive company vehicles for snow removal, material pickup, etc.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions for theFacilities Maintenance Technician IPosition:

• Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting of all facility's systems.
• Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits.
• Minor HVAC preventative maintenance, including replacement of filters as needed.
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture.
• Help with installation/repair of equipment.
• Assist with landscaping and exterior upkeep of the location as needed.
• Drive Company vehicles for miscellaneous tasks such as snow removal, material pick up, etc.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for theFacilities Maintenance Technician IPosition:

• Have excellent customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• High School Diploma or GED with additional schooling preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience or combination of experience and schooling.
• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
• Personal Hand tools a plus.
• Ability to complete required safety classes and work in a safe manor.
• Ability to pass required background check and drug test.
