Job summary

Omnia360 Facility Solutions is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician for first shift in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday work with a competitive pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will perform building repairs, basic electrical and HVAC tasks, and preventive maintenance while delivering high-quality service for our clients. Some weekend, holiday, and on-call availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general maintenance craft experience.
• Must pass FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to complete required safety classes.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to the client.
• Minor troubleshooting of electrical systems/circuits.
• Perform routine HVAC PMs (replace filters as needed).
• Replace door locks and hardware.
• Assist with installation/repair of equipment.
• Operate company vehicles for tasks (snow removal, pickups).
• Support small project work.
• Potential weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
• Utilize CMMS work order system.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Essential Functions for theFacilities Maintenance Technician position:

• Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows, and furniture.

Requirements for theFacilities Maintenance Technician position:

• Possess outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
• 1 plus years of general maintenance craft experience.
• Basic computer knowledge, familiarity with CMMS software a plus.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Personal hand tools a plus.
• Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass both an FBI/BCI background check and drug screen.
