Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise client sub-contractors on site.
• Perform repairs of walls, floors, doors, ceilings, and painting.
• Maintain PM schedule for safety equipment and inspections.
• Support HVAC and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Operate lawn and snow removal equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Provide on-site customer service.
