Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, pumps and air compressors.
• Report major repairs and items that cannot be repaired to the manager.
• Keep detailed logs and inspection records in English.
• Assist in assembly and disassembly of temporary exhibits as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and seek guidance when required.
