Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Texas is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain building systems and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and other equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and effectively troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $27.20 to $32.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Inspect buildings for unsafe conditions and perform preventive maintenance.
