Job summary

Tiffany & Co. seeks a facilities operations assistant to respond to service requests and support daily setup and teardown of audiovisual and furniture for meetings.

You will assist with repairs and preventive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general facility equipment, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards. You will use the Building Management System (BMS) and various testing tools, while reporting work tickets and managing parts inventory to support seamless daily

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in facilities operations or related field.
• Ability to learn use of BMS and testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Facilities Service requests and complete tasks.
• Set up and tear down of audiovisual and furniture for meetings/events.
• Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general facility equipment.
• Provide daily report of work tickets status and inventory usage.
• Respond to hot/cold requests from users and implement corrective actions via BMS.
