Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New Jersey seeks a Facilities Operations technician to respond to service requests and set up/tear down AV gear and furniture for meetings.

Maintain building and grounds, perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, warewash and related equipment, use power tools, and operate the Building Management System safely.

Provide daily work-ticket updates to the Facilities Dispatcher; hourly pay ranges from $26.00 to $31.00 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with building systems and facilities.
• Ability to operate power tools safely.
• Willingness to learn Building Management System.
• Adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to facilities service requests and complete them.
• Set up and tear down AV gear and furniture for meetings.
• Maintain building, grounds and general facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, warewash and related equipment.
• Provide daily status reports of work tickets and materials used to the Facilities Dispatcher.
• Maintain parts inventory and order required materials as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
