Job summary

Tiffany & Co., part of LVMH, seeks a senior maintenance technician to repair and maintain process and building equipment, support the preventive maintenance program, and coordinate small projects. You will work with HVAC, plumbing, CNC machines, and building systems, while assisting the Maintenance Foreman and training technicians.

Requires 10+ years’ related experience, strong problem-solving skills, ability to read blueprints, and compatibility with a flexible schedule including overtime and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Advanced Plumbing and Pipefitting experience.
• Advanced Carpentry and Fabrication Skills.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including off-shift and weekends.
• Must be able to respond to building related emergency calls after hours.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to coordinate tasks with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of process and building equipment; assist in preventive maintenance program.
• Coordinate small projects and in-house fabrication work.
• Assist Maintenance Foreman with Work Orders and parts inventory.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and process equipment; manage Building Management System.
• Troubleshoot and service CNC machines; electrical and mechanical work.
