Orange County's Credit Union is seeking a dependable Facilities Technician I (Property Maintenance) to join our Facilities team, supporting 11 branches plus headquarters. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to facility needs, and help create a safe, welcoming environment for members and employees.

Qualifications

• Vocational training or trade school related to facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Three or more years of facilities maintenance, janitorial, construction, handyman, or related field.
• Experience with basic plumbing, lighting, painting, HVAC maintenance, and general building repairs.
• Experience with work order systems and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and repairs across branches and headquarters.
• Respond to work orders and resolve facility issues related to building systems, lighting, plumbing, furniture, and general maintenance.
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs, unclog drains, replace fixtures, and maintain restrooms and breakrooms.
• Assist with HVAC preventive maintenance, including filter replacements and basic system upkeep.
• Perform painting, patching, caulking, touch-ups, and cosmetic repairs to maintain professional standards.
• Replace lamps, ceiling/floor tiles, ballasts, and other building components.
• Support office moves, furniture assembly, space reconfigurations, and equipment setup.
