Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with vocational training preferred.
• Five years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and steam systems.
• Ability to read system diagrams and technical manuals for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and steam systems within the facility.
• Calibration and adjustment of system controls to optimize performance and energy efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues with utility systems.
• Prompt response to service calls related to utility system issues.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure code compliance.
• Stay updated on safety standards and utility system codes.
• Communicate with facility manager and team about work status and progress.
• Complete work following Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
