Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Competent knowledge of basic maintenance tools and safety practices.
• Experience with building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, and electrical/mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace building finishes such as ceiling tiles and door hardware and perform painting.
