Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and mechanical work.
• Back-up for on-call operator in case of emergencies; respond promptly.
• Handle equipment safely and demonstrate proper use of tools.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and complete required reports.
• Inspect and maintain emergency power, fire alarm, lighting, plumbing and other facility systems.
