Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year general maintenance experience.
• Osha 30-hour certification within 1 year.
• Texas Class C Driver's License required.
• Proof of auto insurance for work vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready duties and maintenance across offices and clinics.
• Lead projects, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Train junior technicians in maintenance skills.
• Troubleshoot power outages and repair electrical fixtures.
• Operate and train staff on power tools and equipment.
• Replaces glass in doors and windows; oversee glass projects.
• Drive company and personal vehicles as needed.
• Ensure safety standards and maintenance schedules are followed.
