Job summary

Health Care Logistics in Circleville, OH seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks on equipment and facilities, and to operate production machinery as needed. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Ohio driver’s license with a safe driving record. Candidates should have basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone (up to 100 with assistance)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Forklift operation certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, plumbing, carpentry repair and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Inspect and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Operate production machinery as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance and vendor activities.
• Promote safety and respond to emergency issues as required.
