Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our clinics, facilities, equipment, and operations running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role requires regional travel and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance needs across multiple sites.

You’ll perform repairs, routine maintenance, HVAC-related tasks, inspections, and coordinate with outside vendors, while documenting work and managing preventive maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of general maintenance experience.
• Experience with common hand and power tools.
• Healthcare facility maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs (drywall, painting, doors, fixtures).
• Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot HVAC controls and related equipment.
• Respond to facility emergencies (HVAC, fire, water leaks).
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and technicians.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance for HVAC, elevators, alarms.
