Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic technicians to perform maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. You will inspect facilities, respond to work orders, and coordinate external contractors when needed, delivering excellent service to clients.

Ideal candidates have proven facilities maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read schematics. Excellent English communication and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
